    • 8 oz dried pasta (spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine)
  • For the Chicken and Sauce:
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
    • 34 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    • ½ tsp EACH: Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, pepper
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add butter and chicken to the skillet. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.

  • Adjust spice levels by altering the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce consistency, if needed.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
