Follow these steps to create your lime avocado popsicles:
1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and ensure your avocados are ripe.
2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the avocados, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and add more honey or lime juice if desired for sweetness or tartness.
4. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
5. Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the molds. If they don’t stand up, freeze for about 1-2 hours until set enough to support them.
