  • ¼ cup heavy cream (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  • Stir in cooked sausage, shredded cheese, bell peppers, green onions, and seasonings.
  • Pour the mixture into muffin cups, filling each ¾ full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and golden on top.
