Ingredients

  • For the Meatballs: 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg white, 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, ¾ tsp black pepper, kosher salt to taste
  • For the Guacamole: 1 ripe avocado, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp diced red onion, 1 small jalapeño minced, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 cherry tomato diced, salt and pepper
  • For Assembly: 6 slices turkey or beef bacon (halved lengthwise), 4 cherry tomatoes (sliced), 3 leaves Bibb lettuce (torn), 6 mini mozzarella balls (halved)

Instructions

  • Prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocado and mixing in the lime juice, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
