Description

A creamy and flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs, featuring spicy jalapeños and crispy turkey bacon. Perfect for parties, holidays, and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs (hard-boiled & peeled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar
  • ¾ tsp ground mustard powder
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 jalapeños (seeded & finely diced)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • Paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel.
  • Slice eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and mash them in a bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, mustard powder, and sugar; mix well.
  • Stir in diced jalapeños and crumbled turkey bacon.
  • Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Garnish with paprika and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a milder flavor, remove all jalapeño seeds.
  • Use a food processor for an extra creamy filling.
  • Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
