Description

Italian sliders are bite-sized sandwiches packed with melty provolone cheese, layers of salami, ham, and pepperoni, plus roasted red peppers and tangy pepperoncinis. Brushed with a seasoned buttery topping and baked to perfection, they’re perfect for parties, game days, or easy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 15 slices provolone cheese (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning (divided)
  • 12 slices hard salami
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 26 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
  • ¾ cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottoms in the pan.
  • Layer provolone, salami, ham, pepperoni, roasted peppers, and pepperoncinis. Sprinkle Italian seasoning between layers.
  • Top with the remaining provolone, place the bun tops, and brush with seasoned butter mixture.
  • Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
