- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 15 slices provolone cheese (divided)
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning (divided)
- 12 slices hard salami
- 12 slices deli ham
- 26 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
- ¾ cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Slice slider buns horizontally and place the bottoms in the pan.
- Layer provolone, salami, ham, pepperoni, roasted peppers, and pepperoncinis. Sprinkle Italian seasoning between layers.
- Top with the remaining provolone, place the bun tops, and brush with seasoned butter mixture.
- Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
