Italian pinwheels are quick and easy appetizers filled with a creamy cheese spread, layers of Italian meats, buttery provolone, and crisp lettuce rolled into soft tortillas. Perfect for parties, lunches, or snacks!

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup roasted red peppers, diced
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup pickled pepperoncini peppers, diced
- 4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinwheel Assembly:
- 3 large burrito-sized tortillas
- 18 slices ham
- 18 slices salami
- 48 slices pepperoni
- 9 slices provolone cheese
- 3 large Romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, roasted red peppers, Parmesan, pepperoncini, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture onto a tortilla.
- Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, and lettuce.
- Roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill for 1 hour.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
Notes
- For easier rolling, warm tortillas in the microwave for 5–10 seconds.
- Blot meats and lettuce dry to prevent soggy pinwheels.
