Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla.
- Heat milk and butter until small bubbles form (do not boil).
- Gradually mix in the hot milk, then fold in dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
