For the Salmon Bites:
- 1½ lbs salmon (cut into 1-inch cubes, skin removed)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Hot Honey Glaze:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook (Air Fryer): Preheat to 390°F. Place salmon in a single layer and air fry for 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Cook (Oven): Preheat to 400°F. Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-16 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Make the glaze: Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in hot honey, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Warm for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss & serve: Coat salmon bites in the hot honey glaze, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
