For the Rolls:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
- 12 slices of turkey (smoked or deli-style)
- 12 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing the rolls)
For the Honey Mustard Glaze:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Layer turkey slices and cheese slices over the rolls. Cover with the top half of the rolls and brush the tops with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic powder, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey mustard glaze evenly over the rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can prepare the sliders ahead of time and store them in the fridge before baking.
