Instructions
- Place baby carrots in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until carrots are fork-tender.
- Stir in orange juice (if using) and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a thicker glaze, remove the lid for the last 15 minutes.
- Adjust sweetness by modifying honey or brown sugar amounts.
