Description

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp orange juice (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Place baby carrots in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, until carrots are fork-tender.
  • Stir in orange juice (if using) and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a thicker glaze, remove the lid for the last 15 minutes.
