Ingredients

Scale

For the Salmon:

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (use tamari for gluten-free option)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Chopped fresh parsley

  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon:

    • Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Prepare the Glaze:

    • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

    • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened.

  3. Cook the Salmon:

    • Add salmon pieces to the skillet in a single layer.

    • Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.

  4. Glaze the Salmon:

    • Spoon the glaze over the salmon to coat evenly.

  5. Serve:

    • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds if desired.

    • Serve hot with rice, vegetables, or salad.

Notes

  • To make the dish gluten-free, use tamari instead of soy sauce.

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or grated ginger to the glaze.

  • The recipe works well with whole fillets if you prefer not to cut the salmon into pieces.
