Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and oregano in a bowl.
  • Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year. Use 2–3 tablespoons per pound of meat.
