- ½ cup chili powder
- ¼ cup ground cumin
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and oregano in a bowl.
- Mix well until evenly combined.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year. Use 2–3 tablespoons per pound of meat.
Notes
- Add cayenne for extra heat or reduce cumin for a milder blend.
- Use fresh spices for the best flavor.
