Description

This Herb and Garlic Dip is a creamy, flavor-packed dip made with a blend of dried herbs, garlic, and sour cream. Perfect for dipping veggies, chips, crackers, or as a topping for baked potatoes and grilled dishes. It’s easy to make, versatile, and a hit at any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 23 cups sour cream

Instructions

  • Combine the dried herbs, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Add the seasoning mix to 2–3 cups of sour cream in a larger bowl. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  • Garnish with reserved seasoning, if desired, and serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or as a topping.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • Make a double batch of the dry seasoning mix to save time for future dips.
  • For a stronger garlic flavor, substitute granulated garlic with fresh minced garlic.
