Description
This honey garlic air fryer salmon is a quick and easy dinner recipe packed with flavor. Juicy, flaky salmon is glazed with a sweet-savory marinade made from honey, soy sauce, and garlic, then air fried to perfection in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (5–8 oz. each)

2 tablespoons honey

1½ tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

¼ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 tsp fresh minced garlic

Sliced green onions
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic together. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.

Coat salmon fillets with one half of the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (or run it at 400°F for 5 minutes if it doesn’t have preheat).

Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and baste with reserved marinade.

Air fry for 7–8 minutes until opaque and flaky.

Drizzle with the remaining marinade and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

You can use fresh or frozen (thawed) salmon.

For gluten-free, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
