Ingredients

1 to 1.3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 Tbsp ketchup

3 Tbsp agave syrup

4 Tbsp rice vinegar

4 Tbsp pineapple juice

1 Tbsp sesame oil

2 Tbsp avocado oil (or any neutral oil)

1 tsp minced fresh ginger

4 garlic cloves, minced

3 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for 3–24 hours in the fridge.

Preheat skillet or grill to medium heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and cook 6–8 minutes per side, until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
