Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 8 slices ham (or turkey)
  • 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

For the Buttery Topping:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the croissants in half and spread Dijon mustard (if using) on the bottom half.
  • Layer ham and cheese, then place the croissant tops back on.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
  • Brush the tops of the croissants with the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
