A delicious and easy-to-make salad inspired by the Italian grinder sandwich. It features crisp lettuce, savory deli meats, provolone cheese, and a creamy dressing for a low-carb, flavor-packed meal.


Ingredients

For the Dressing: ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tsp minced garlic, ⅛ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes (optional). For the Salad: 1 head iceberg lettuce (chopped), ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced), 1 cup diced tomatoes, ½ cup pepperoncini peppers (chopped), ½ cup provolone cheese (diced), ½ cup chopped salami, ½ cup chopped deli turkey.


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.

2. Chop the lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, pepperoncini, provolone, salami, and turkey.

3. Add the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the dressing.

4. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
