Ingredients

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in a sealable bag or bowl, pour marinade over it, and refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.
