  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
