Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried basil

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

½ tsp white vinegar

⅛ tsp paprika
Instructions

Preheat grill to 425–450°F.

Season chicken with spices.

Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth.

Reserve ¼ of sauce for basting.

Lightly oil grill grates.

Grill chicken 2 minutes per side to sear.

Baste, close lid, cook 7 minutes.

Flip, baste again, cook uncovered 5–6 more minutes (internal temp: 165°F).
