Description

Smoky, creamy, and perfectly crispy, these grilled chipotle chicken ranch burritos are packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes. A delicious and easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 2 Tbsp chipotle sauce or adobo

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

  • Olive oil, for grilling

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Mix chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Warm tortillas and place ¼ of the mixture in each one.

  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado (if using).

  • Fold and tightly wrap the burritos.

  • Grill seam-side down in an oiled skillet for 3–4 minutes per side.

  • Rest for 1 minute, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.

  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
