Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

½ cup ranch dressing

2 Tbsp chipotle sauce or adobo

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

4 large flour tortillas

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Olive oil, for grilling

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Mix chicken, ranch, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Warm tortillas and place ¼ of the mixture in each one.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and avocado (if using).

Fold and tightly wrap the burritos.

Grill seam-side down in an oiled skillet for 3–4 minutes per side.

Rest for 1 minute, slice, and serve.
