This creamy and refreshing Grape Salad combines juicy green and purple grapes coated in a rich, sweet cream cheese dressing, topped with crunchy pecans and brown sugar. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert or side dish perfect for gatherings and special occasions.
Ingredients
Fruit:

2 pounds seedless green grapes (washed and dried)

2 pounds seedless purple grapes (washed and dried)
Creamy Dressing:

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 (8 oz) container sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings:

1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)

1/2 cup pecans (finely chopped)
Instructions

Prepare the Grapes: Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Place them in a 9×13-inch baking dish or large serving bowl.

Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Combine Dressing and Grapes: Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes. Gently stir to coat all grapes evenly.

Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably 2–4 hours).

Add Toppings: Just before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans evenly over the top.
