Description
This glazed spiral ham is coated with a sticky, golden glaze made from peach preserves, orange juice, fresh ginger, and garlic. It’s juicy, full of flavor, and perfect for holidays, special occasions, or family dinners. Super easy and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients

1 (7–9 lb) spiral-sliced ham

3/4 cup peach preserves (Bonne Maman recommended)

1/3 cup orange juice

1-inch chunk fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thinly

1 garlic clove, sliced thinly
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, orange juice, ginger, and garlic. Stir over medium heat until bubbling. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Place the ham in a roasting pan. Brush generously with the glaze, getting between the slices.

Bake for 1½ hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze and pan juices.

Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra caramelization.

Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

For halal diets, use halal-certified spiral ham (such as turkey or beef-based).
