This oven-baked honey garlic glazed salmon is tender, flaky, and coated in a rich, sticky-sweet glaze made with butter, garlic, honey, and soy sauce. A quick and easy dinner that’s perfect for busy nights or impressing guests.
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 7 oz each)

2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

½ cup salted butter (or olive oil)

5 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup honey (adjust to taste)

¼ cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

In a saucepan, melt butter (or olive oil) with garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer 3 minutes.

Place salmon on baking sheet. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Pour glaze over salmon, spreading evenly.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is flaky and reaches 145°F (63°C).

Spoon remaining glaze from pan over salmon. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
