Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 7 oz each)

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup salted butter (or olive oil)

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup honey (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter (or olive oil) with garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer 3 minutes.

  • Place salmon on baking sheet. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Pour glaze over salmon, spreading evenly.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is flaky and reaches 145°F (63°C).

  • Spoon remaining glaze from pan over salmon. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
