This easy one-pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes Skillet is packed with crispy potatoes, juicy chicken, and a creamy, garlicky parmesan sauce. Perfect for busy nights, meal prepping, or a quick family dinner. Ready in under 45 minutes!

- 3 large golden potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or air-fry at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Cook the chicken: Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sauté in butter over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic & sauce: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in Garlic Parmesan Sauce and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
- Combine & melt cheese: Add crispy potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, cover with a lid, or broil for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use a wire rack for baking potatoes.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Swap mozzarella for Parmesan or cheddar for a different flavor.
