Crispy, juicy chicken skewers tossed in a buttery garlic Parmesan sauce, cooked to perfection in the air fryer or oven. Perfect for weeknights or gatherings.
Ingredients

2 lbs chicken tenders (or thighs/breast), cut into 3″ pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

1 stick unsalted butter
-
8–10 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tsp red pepper flakes

⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30+ minutes.

In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil and seasonings.

Skewer tightly with no gaps between chicken pieces.

Melt butter, then stir in garlic, hot sauce, red pepper, parsley, and Parmesan.

Divide sauce: ⅓ for basting, rest for serving.

Air fry at 400°F: 5 min, flip + baste, 2 min, flip + baste, 5–6 min or until 165°F.

Brush with reserved sauce and serve hot.
