  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Fill each triangle with a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture, then roll up from the wide end.
