Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup green grapes, washed and halved

1 cup red grapes, washed and halved

1 cup blueberries, washed

1 apple, washed, cored, peeled, and diced

1 banana, peeled and sliced (add just before serving if preparing ahead)

¼ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts, almonds, shredded coconut, or granola)
Honey Yogurt Dressing:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1–2 tablespoons honey, to taste

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract

Prepare the Fruit: Wash, peel (if needed), and chop all the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Wait to slice the banana if making ahead to avoid browning.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and almond extracts until smooth.

Assemble the Salad: Add all the fruit to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and gently fold to coat evenly.

Top and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
