This Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing is a burst of fresh, natural sweetness combined with the citrusy zing of lime. It’s packed with strawberries, watermelon, grapes, pineapple, kiwis, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and optional pomegranate seeds. The honey lime dressing enhances the fruits’ natural flavors and makes this salad irresistibly delicious. Perfect for breakfast, picnics, potlucks, or simply as a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes (red or green, or a mix)
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

For the Honey Lime Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 large lime)
  • 1 tsp lime zest (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash, peel, and chop all fruits as needed. Add them to a large serving bowl.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. Combine & Toss: Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss until evenly coated.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
  • To keep fruits from getting too watery, add watermelon just before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
