These Frozen Yogurt Breakfast Bars are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or healthy snack. Made with just five ingredients, they combine a crunchy cereal base, creamy peanut butter, and protein-packed yogurt for a delicious and nutritious treat. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and completely customizable!
Ingredients
- Cinnamon cereal – 3.5 cups (Special K Zero Cinnamon recommended)
- Peanut butter – ½ cup (natural, creamy)
- Honey – ¼ cup (for natural sweetness and binding)
- Vanilla yogurt – 2 cups (high-protein, such as Oikos PRO)
- Cinnamon – ¼-½ tsp (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix cereal, peanut butter, and honey, then press into the pan. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Make the Yogurt Layer: Mix vanilla yogurt with cinnamon. Pour over the frozen base and spread evenly. Cover and freeze for 60-75 minutes.
- Cut & Serve: Let sit for 2-3 minutes before slicing into 9 bars. Enjoy as is or add toppings like fresh fruit or a drizzle of melted peanut butter.
Notes
For a nut-free version, swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter. Store bars in the freezer for up to two weeks.
