  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  • Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut them in half for smaller portions (optional).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk milk and egg in one bowl. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, mustard powder, salt, and pepper in another.
