For the Fruit Salad:

  • 12 oz strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)

  • 3 peaches, chopped (about 2 cups)

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

  • 23 kiwis, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)

For the Honey Lime Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (about one lime)


Instructions

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat them dry.

  • Slice strawberries, chop peaches, peel and slice kiwis, and add blueberries.

  • Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.

  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and toss gently to coat.

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh mint or basil.

  • To keep it vegan, replace honey with maple syrup.
