  • 1½ cups frozen hash browns (cooked and crispy)
  • 1 lb turkey sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Cook scrambled eggs over medium heat until set. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook turkey sausage until browned. Remove excess grease.
  • Cook hash browns until crispy.
