- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 green onions, sliced
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
- 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
- 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked crispy
For Topping:
- Whole pecans, pecan halves, and finely chopped pecans
- Mozzarella cheese slices, cut into strips
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix.
- Fold in cheddar, bacon, green onions, pecans, and ranch seasoning.
- Shape mixture into a football on parchment paper.
- Decorate with pecans and mozzarella strips for laces.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or serve immediately.
