Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked crispy

For Topping:

  • Whole pecans, pecan halves, and finely chopped pecans
  • Mozzarella cheese slices, cut into strips

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix.
  • Fold in cheddar, bacon, green onions, pecans, and ranch seasoning.
  • Shape mixture into a football on parchment paper.
  • Decorate with pecans and mozzarella strips for laces.
