These flaky crescent rolls are stuffed with creamy chive cream cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, crispy bacon, and melty cheddar. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll sheets
- 1/3 cup whipped chive and onion cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz ground breakfast sausage, cooked
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Cook in a skillet until just set.
- Roll out crescent dough into a large rectangle. Spread cream cheese, layer scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll tightly, slice into 12 pieces, and arrange in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
