Instructions

  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
