- 1 lb ground beef (or canned ground beef/venison)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 pint dehydrated shredded potatoes, rehydrated
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using fresh ground beef, cook until browned and drain excess fat.
- Rehydrate shredded potatoes by soaking in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, both soups, rehydrated potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into an 11×7-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes after baking.
