These no-cook Caprese Skewers are fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Perfect for parties, picnics, or light snacks, they come together in just 20 minutes with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and a tangy balsamic drizzle.
Ingredients

2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz small mozzarella balls (or cubed fresh mozzarella), cut into halves or thirds

1 bunch fresh basil leaves, whole or chopped

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

16–20 wooden skewers or cocktail picks
Instructions

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

Cut mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and dry basil leaves.

Thread tomato, basil, and mozzarella onto skewers. Repeat if desired.

Arrange on a platter.

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle vinaigrette over skewers just before serving.
