These Easter Magic Cookie Bars are a quick and easy layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, chocolate, peanut butter chips, coconut, and pastel M&Ms. Perfect for Easter celebrations or any festive occasion!

- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips (or butterscotch/white chocolate chips)
- ½ cup quick-cooking oats
- ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup pastel-colored Easter M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle oats, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and M&Ms in layers. Press down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Substitute peanut butter chips with white chocolate or butterscotch chips.
- Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor balance.
