Description

These Easter Magic Cookie Bars are a quick and easy layered dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, chocolate, peanut butter chips, coconut, and pastel M&Ms. Perfect for Easter celebrations or any festive occasion!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (or butterscotch/white chocolate chips)
  • ½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup pastel-colored Easter M&Ms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle oats, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and M&Ms in layers. Press down gently.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • Substitute peanut butter chips with white chocolate or butterscotch chips.
