Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 13-inch pizza pan.
- Prepare the cookie dough by combining the sugar cookie mix, melted butter, and egg. Press evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Blend the frosting ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
