Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Cookie Base:
    • 1 package sugar cookie mix (about 1 lb 1.5 oz)
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    • 1 large egg
  • For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting:
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
    • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Fruit Topping:
    • 3 cups assorted fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or kiwi)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 13-inch pizza pan.
  • Prepare the cookie dough by combining the sugar cookie mix, melted butter, and egg. Press evenly into the pan.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • Blend the frosting ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Spread frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Decorate with fruit in an Easter egg pattern.
  • Slice and serve immediately, or chill until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Allow the cookie base to cool completely before frosting to prevent melting.
  • For best results, use fresh, firm fruits to avoid excess moisture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
