  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (12 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Green-tinted shredded coconut (for grass)
  • Mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans
  • Peeps bunnies or chicks
  • Carrot-shaped candies

Instructions

  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Prepare chocolate pudding by whisking pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  • Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then gently mix in the whipped topping.
  • Layer half of the crushed Oreos in a serving dish, followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with crushed Oreos on top.
  • Sprinkle green-tinted coconut over the top to resemble grass.
  • Decorate with Peeps, mini chocolate eggs, and carrot candies.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
