Description

Easter Bunny Chow is a no-bake, sweet, and crunchy snack mix made with Chex cereal, chocolate, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and festive Easter candies. Perfect for parties, gifting, and Easter celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 cups Chex cereal (Rice or Corn Chex)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • ½ cup spring-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • Melt peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the coated cereal into a ziplock bag or a bowl with a lid. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until fully coated.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, mix in the Easter M&Ms and sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
  • Use white chocolate instead of milk chocolate for a pastel look.
