Instructions

  • Prepare Beef Mixture:
    • Heat oil in a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and jalapeño until fragrant.
    • Add ground beef, seasonings, and picante sauce. Cook until beef is browned and flavors meld.
  • Assemble Taco Cups:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
    • Place one wonton wrapper into each cup and layer with refried beans. Add a second wonton wrapper at an angle.
    • Fill with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake:
