- 12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cucumber or green onion slices for laces

Instructions
- Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Slice each in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and set whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, using a spoon or piping bag.
- Thinly slice cucumber or green onion into strips and arrange them on the eggs to resemble football laces.
- Garnish with parsley (optional) and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
