Ingredients

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

8 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread

1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, dill, chives (and lemon zest/juice if using) until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly on each slice of bread, all the way to the edges.

Layer cucumber slices over half the bread slices.
