Ingredients
Salad:

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/2 cup imitation crab meat (or real crab, shredded)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Dressing:

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

Prepare Salad Ingredients: Slice cucumbers thinly and pat them dry. Dice the avocado and shred the crab meat. Place them in a large bowl.

Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and ginger until well combined.

Dress the Salad: Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.

Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top. Serve immediately or chill briefly for a cooler taste.

For a richer flavor, use real crab meat instead of imitation crab.
