1. Preheat Oven: If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Zucchini: Grate the zucchinis using a box grater. Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess moisture.
3. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley (if using). Mix until well combined.
