- 1 (9-12 oz) package cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen, cooked & drained)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray (for air frying/baking)
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tortellini in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook using your preferred method:
- Air Fryer: 375°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Oven: 400°F for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Stovetop: Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
