This crispy toasted ravioli recipe is a quick and easy appetizer that’s crunchy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.

- 1 (10-12 oz) package fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry ravioli in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- To bake: Place coated ravioli on a baking sheet, spray with cooking oil, and bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
- To air fry: Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Use meat or spinach ravioli for variety.
