  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Set up breading stations: In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.
